Chandler Walker started his entrepreneurial journey after graduating from the University of Nevada Reno with a degree in Biochemistry but he decided to forego a medical pathway to pursue a brick-and-mortar wellness facility. He then pivoted to an online health practice a year before the COVID lockdowns.
After scaling both businesses to the 7 figure level and doing 3,000-4,000 sales consultations, Chandler was frustrated with the way sales were taught. He was tired of the old-school objection handling, aggressive tactics, and salesy attitude taught by most sales trainers. So he looked back at what he was doing, combed through his notes, and created Compassion Conversations.
A therapeutic-driven, psychological-based sales system centered around compassion and care. Chandler has now taught over 3,000 people his system of compassion Conversations and has the goal to change and redefine the landscape of sales altogether.

A pioneer in e-mediation, Christy Foley started E-Mediation Services in 2018. She is an attorney, mediator, and arbitrator who has dedicated her professional career to teaching others about conflict resolution, mediation ethics, and e-mediation techniques.
Christy is considered a leader in the field of conflict resolution and has also served as Chairwoman of Florida's Mediator Ethics & Advisory Committee ("MEAC") since 2018. Moreover, she serves as an officer in the Alternative Dispute Resolution Section of the Florida Bar.
In 2010, Christy's popular presentation style led her to teaching in higher education because she has a teacher at heart, she loves teaching groups how to create peace in their workplace. She currently serves as a Visiting Lecturer at the University of Central Florida.
